Please note that once your order has been processed by our warehouse, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate any modifications. If you cancel your order, there will be three types of refund fees incurred:
1) Currency Exchange Loss: For each credit card transaction, the currency you select will be converted into Hong Kong dollars at the exchange rate provided by the payment processing company, Stripe, on that day and transferred to our account. During the refund process, this amount will be converted back into the currency you selected when you placed the order. Therefore, there will be losses due to the buy-sell exchange rate difference caused by these two instances of currency conversion.
2) Stripe Payment Processing Fee: For each credit card transaction, Stripe deducts a processing fee from the transaction amount. This fee will not be refunded to the payee or payer.
3) Packaging and Customer Service Costs: After receiving an order, we provide customer service and package the watch for you. Please note that any losses related to packaging materials and the labor costs of our service and packaging personnel cannot be refunded or returned to the customer.

At VALIMOR, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our watches. We offer a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for a period of two years from the original purchase date. This warranty is valid for watches purchased from our official website,, or authorized dealers.

Under this warranty, if your watch experiences any issues with its parts or mechanics due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Please note that our warranty or exchange service does not cover any taxes or shipping costs incurred during the sending or receiving process. These expenses are the responsibility of the customer to bear. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water exposure, normal wear and tear, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.

To avail the warranty service, proof of purchase is required. Please retain your authenticity certificate card or order number if you made the purchase from our website. If you purchased from an authorized VALIMOR dealer, kindly provide a copy of the receipt.
